Print-on-demand design system

Our core brief was to modernize the print-on-demand template system, pivoting it to enable richer product storytelling and increased product density, all while strictly maintaining a premium aesthetic.

To execute this vision, we established a disciplined typographic hierarchy. We intentionally restricted the primary layout to just two core type sizes, with a singular, distinct size reserved for legal text. This restraint is foundational to the system’s success: it creates a sense of cohesion and unity across all materials, ensuring rapid scannability and a sophisticated visual cadence.

Beyond these aesthetic and structural benefits, the new sizing strategy delivered crucial functional efficiencies. The refined scale allows for increased content capacity within each template, providing the necessary real estate to simultaneously weave in a deeper narrative and immediately amplify the key message—whether that is a compelling promotional offer or a central Reason-to-Believe (RTB) headline.
